The only relation to writing this has is the motivation to keep our eyes open and try to communicate whether in print, video or face to face in a way that motivates others. The last few weeks has had several Examiner writers scrambling to keep up with changes for news requirements. Many blame the websites for all the changes, it is Google shaking things up.
