Freedom Isn’t Cheap — And Rhetoric Isn’t Enough
This quote grabbed me when it ran across my newsfeed. They just wait for the world to catch up. Before there were cities, highways, or a United States to argue about, the Founding Fathers were fighting — fighting England, fighting tyranny, fighting each other , and fighting the idea that ordinary people couldn’t govern themselves. Freedom wasn’t a theory to them. It was a rebellion, a risk, and a daily decision to stand up when staying quiet would’ve been safer.
